In these uncertain times, we want to assure you we are doing the best we can to continue producing the natural beauty products you need in adherence with the 
CDC and Virginia Government Guidelines.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our team is doing their best to keep up with all customer questions while working at home. We respond as quickly as we can, Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm.

If you don't receive a response from us right away, don't worry! We will get back to you!

LOCALS:

Our storefront will open starting Monday, May 18th on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
At these times, you may shop our store or pickup your online orders.

If you would like to do Curbside Pickups, please call the store during its opens days between 10am and 2pm at least 15 minutes before your arrival.

We ask that you respect the health of our employees and community by selecting to have your order shipped to you if you are sick or have symptoms.

Store Re-Opening Guidelines & Precautions

- Complimentary hand cleansing gel with 64% alcohol will be available right at the entrance of our shop. We ask that you use it upon arrival. There will also be pumps of hand cleansing gel visible throughout the store for use.


- Surfaces will continuously be sanitized as always.


- There will always be less than 10 people in our store front at a time.


- We’ve reconfigured our space to allow for more distance between our employees. Our production space is now in a larger, separate room! Pictures to come soon :)


- We do ask that you be respectful of other customers’ and employees’ space and maintain a healthy distance!


- For the time being, we will not have mini-makeovers in order to be respectful to both you and our employees. If you would like to test a product, please ask an employee and they will open the tester product for you. They will put the product on an applicator for you to try on yourself!

A Message from our Team Concerning Ingredients & Inventory

Dear withSimplicity Family,

We hope you all are doing well, staying strong, and doing your part to #flattenthecurve during these crazy (for lack of better term) times.

As you all know, withSimplicity ethically-sources all ingredients.  We only use the cleanest and most pure forms we can find, and will NEVER compromise on this!

Due to COVID-19, some of our raw ingredient suppliers are temporarily closed. This means that we will be unable to produce some of our products until their operations are able to open again. We did not expect this to ever happen, but we will keep our heads high and push through!

What does this mean for you?

Stock up on your essentials. Once some products go out-of-stock, they will be out until we are able to get the ingredients and produce them again. We are unsure when this will be. Also make sure to check the “Open Container” label on your products to ensure they are still “in-date”.

If you are good on products and don’t need to stock up, we would be so grateful if you supported us by purchasing a gift card to use when products do come back-in-stock.

As always, we are so thankful for your support of our business! Our customers are the reason why we do this everyday. Regardless of what the world throws at us, we will never stop producing natural & clean products for your beauty routine.
