PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We use USPS First Class Mail which estimates 3-8 days delivery or Priority Mail which estimates 2-4 days delivery as our method of shipment. U.S. residents will automatically receive a tracking number prior to the package being mailed. It may take 24 hours after your package is mailed for the post office to update online tracking information. When a Free Shipping promotion is offered, insurance is not included. withSimplicity is not responsible for any damages incurred after shipment leaves our facilities.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days throughout the year except for the holiday season. Wholesale orders are processed within 5-7 business day throughout the year except for the holiday season.

No International Orders at this time.

NOTE: withSimplicity is no longer responsible after your package is shipped. We automatically provide tracking number right after your purchase (via email) , so we suggest you keep track of it to prevent your package from getting lost or stolen. Send us an email if your item is not received in 10 days.

Returns/exchanges

Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened or used goods as we guarantee the purity, freshness and authenticity of the products. We encourage you to browse our "Samples" before purchasing a full-sized product to avoid the need for a return. If you find that the item you receive is not as described or something is wrong with it, please email returns@withsimplicityllc.com with your request within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try to work with you.
