Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened or used goods as we guarantee the purity, freshness and authenticity of the products. We encourage you to browse our "Samples" before purchasing a full-sized product to avoid the need for a return. If you find that the item you receive is not as described or something is wrong with it, please email us with your request within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try to work with you.
If we work with you on a return:
We do not offer cash refunds, rather we give you in-store credit. Please keep this in mind.
If you contact us about returning a damaged/incorrect product, you will be responsible for paying for shipping.

The products you are returning are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the products using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products and ensure that they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit.

withSimplicity accepts paypal, all major credit cards and our withSimplicity gift cards.
*If payment is made with an e-check through Paypal, payment will need to clear before any items are shipped.
We use USPS First Class Mail which estimates 3-8 days delivery or Priority Mail which estimates 2-4 days delivery as our method of shipment. U.S. residents will automatically receive a tracking number prior to the package being mailed. It may take 24 hours after your package is mailed for the post office to update online tracking information.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days throughout the year except for the holiday season.
Customers with International orders are responsible for their country's laws on customs fees, taxes, etc. and seller will not be held responsible for these incurred fees.
NOTE: withSimplicity is no longer responsible after your package is shipped. We automatically provide tracking number right after your purchase (via email) , so we suggest you keep track of it to prevent your package from getting lost or stolen. Send us an email if your item is not received in 10 days.
