We do not offer returns at this time but if you find that item you receive is not as described or something is wrong with it, please contact us and we will try to work with you!
If we work with you on a return:
We do not offer cash refunds, rather we give you in-store credit. Please keep this in mind.
If you contact us about returning a damaged/incorrect product, you will be responsible for paying for shipping.
withSimplicity accepts paypal, all major credit cards and gift cards.
*If payment is made with an e-check through Paypal, payment will need to clear before any items are shipped.
Processing time is 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your package is mailed it will be marked "shipped" and a tracking number will be provided for you. It may take 24 hours after your package is mailed for the post office to update online tracking information.
International shipping is welcome! (We are not responsible for any customs fee).
